    question no. 2 the correct option is not mentioned. the no. of floating ribs in human is not 4 but it should be 2 , since 11th&12th ribs arenot connected ventrally ,therefore only this 2 are floating ribs,please correct! consult NCERT class 11th biology chapter 20,page no. 310 ,2nd last paragraph…!

      ur concept is not clear actually no of floating ribs is 4 only not 2 basically if ques was how many pairs of floating ribs are their then it will be 2 otherwise u might be knowing that in our body 12 pairs of ribs are their i.e total 24 ribs
