Nucleolus is absent in Prokaryotes as Nucleolus contains DNA,RNA and histone protein but prokaryotes lack histone protein so we can’t say that prokaryote has nucleolus as it didn,t contain histone protein. The nucleus in Prokaryotes is known as Nucleiod or Genophore
Prokaryotic species never have nucleolus so question answer is correct
